We are a licensed community-based setting providing adult day health care services to seniors and disabled adults who may require supervision during the day and/or assistance carrying out daily activities.
At Ohana, one can enjoy the company and conversation of peers while addressing their individual health and safety needs.
We promote social engagement & empowerment, encourage physical mobility, and nurture self-expression & creativity, with the goal of deferring institutional placement. Most importantly, we aim to reunite our members with their “Purpose” – a valuable piece of "self" often misplaced or lost altogether as we age.
We believe in person-centered care because no two people are alike. We place great thought and detail into every aspect of your care. Each member will have an individualized activity schedule based on their preferences, interests, and immediate needs. We meet each individual where "they" are at!
Our “home away from home” provides a safe, welcoming, and comfortable atmosphere where you have the ability of developing a true sense of belonging, while gaining confidence in knowing that your care needs will ALWAYS be met with the highest level of Dignity, Respect, and Compassion.
The Ohana Adult Day Health Program Complies with the Rules & Regulations Set Forth by the Healthcare Facility Regulation Division of the Georgia Department of Community Health (DCH)
